You are connected to the Minirig 4 and playing audio when suddenly the Minirig disconnects and stops playing
- First check the colour of the power LED on the Minirig.
- If the LED is white then it is still connected to an audio device. Check other devices nearby, it is possible that the Minirig has connected to another device that it has been paired with.
- If the LED is blue, there is no audio device connected:
- Check if the Minirig has gone out of range
- Check if your device still has Bluetooth turned on, it may have been accidentally been turned off.
- Check if your device has recently connected to another Bluetooth device. Some devices don’t support multiple devices and will disconnect from the Minirig in order to connect to another device.
- Turn the Minirig off and on and allow them to autoconnect. If the issue reoccurs then try a different device
