You have connected to one Minirig 4 only via Bluetooth but no sound is coming out or the sound is broken, distorted or cutting out.
- Try moving the Minirig 4 closer to your device and ensure there are no solid walls or large metal objects between the Minirig and your device
- Make sure the volume on your device is turned up and that the media is playing smoothly. Note that on PCs, there may be more than one volume control.
- Media streaming services such as Spotify can cut out when there is a bad internet connection. Try playing music stored on the device.
- Pause the music/media on your device for 5 seconds. Then press play again. This often resolves many issues with the connection/volume.
- If you have a second device connected to your Minirig 4, make sure the music is paused on that device or audio outputs are turned down or disabled. Sometimes keyboard typing can trigger audio output to the Minirig 4
- Turn the Minirig 4 off and on again – allowing it to reconnect
- Turn the Bluetooth on your device off and on again – then reconnect
- Try connecting and playing music using a different phone or device if you have one.
- Try resetting the Minirig 4s and starting again
