Problems connecting to your Minirig Mini via the Minirig Mini app

You have connected your Minirig Mini to your phone and downloaded the Minirig Mini app. When you open the app, you see a Minirig Mini logo but the app does not seem to connect or crashes.

  • Try turning your Minirig Mini off and on again
  • Force close the app and open it again when your Minirig Mini is on and connected
  • On the first page, scan for devices and see if the Minirig Mini appears
  • There may be more than one Minirig Mini connected or within range - you need to select which one to connect to from the scan page
