You have connected to one Minirig Mini only via Bluetooth but no sound is coming out or the sound is broken and cutting out.
- Try moving the Minirig Mini closer to your device
- Make sure the volume on your device is turned up and that the media is playing smoothly. Note that on PCs, there may be more than one volume control.
- Media streaming services such as Spotify can cut out when there is a bad internet connection. Try playing music stored on the device.
- Pause the music/media on your device for 5 seconds. Then press play again. This often resolves many issues with the connection/volume.
- If you have a second device connected to your Minirig Mini, make sure the music is paused on that device or audio outputs are turned down or disabled. Sometimes keyboard typing can trigger audio output to the Minirig Mini
- Use the app to switch devices using the A/B device select buttons.
- Turn the Minirig Mini off and on again – allowing it to reconnect.
- Turn the Bluetooth on your device off and on again – then reconnect.
- Try connecting and playing music using a different phone or device if you have one.
- Try changing the gain by pressing the button once of using the app.
- Turn the Minirig Mini off and test it in AUX (wired) mode
