Reset Your Minirig

Ok, so there is a problem with your Minirig. However, it is likely that we can get it working again by resetting it. To do this, please follow the instructions below carefully.

BEFORE YOU RESET, MAKE SURE YOU FORGET/UNPAIR/DELETE ANY MINIRIG DEVICES FROM YOUR BLUETOOTH SETTINGS. 
The method varies from device to device, please search online for instructions if you are having trouble.

Once you have unpaired the Minirig from your device, you can reset it.

1. Start with the Minirig turned OFF and with no cables plugged in
2. Press and hold the LED button firmly. You need to keep holding it down for at least 18 seconds.
3. After around 16-18 seconds, the Minirig will reset. You will hear a “pop” and the LED will light up either YELLOW or RED.
4. You may also hear a tone which is 4 notes rising up. Don’t worry if you don’t hear this tone, it just means your Minirig was bought before this tone was added to the software.
5. Take your finger off the button once you see the LED turn yellow or you hear the tone.
6. With the Minirig LED now showing YELLOW or RED, press the button ONCE again – do not press and hold.
7. The LED will go out and the Minirig is ready to use.
