Volume is not loud enough

Ok, please try this:

1. Pause the music for 5 seconds
2. Press play
3. When music is playing, press the button on the top of the Minirg ONCE (do not press and hold). You should hear the Minirig get louder.
4. If it gets quieter when you press the button, press it once again a few seconds later.
5. Ensure that the volume on your device is turned up
6. Try a different music source on your device.
