Sound is cutting out

  1. The first port of call is to ensure you have pushed the audio cable firmly into the Minirig/Subwoofer.
  2. Please try using a different audio cable. If your Minirig works after this elimination process it is clear your original audio cable has been damaged.
    To purchase a new audio cable please go to the Accessories page.
  3. Please try changing the audio device i.e. IPOD or PHONE, if this solves the problem it may be a fault with your audio device.
