Problems connecting to your Minirig via the Minirig app

You have connected your Minirig to your phone and downloaded the Minirig app. When you open the app, you see a Minirig logo but the app does not seem to connect or crashes.

  1. Try turning your Minirig off and on again
  2. Force close the app and open it again when your Minirig is on and connected
  3. On the first page, scan for devices and see if the Minirig appears
  4. There may be more than one Minirig connected or within range - you need to select which one to connect to from the scan page
