Sound cutting out

You have plugged an audio cable into the Minirig and connected the other end to your device but the sound is coming out of the Minirig is cutting in and out

1. Check the aux cables are plugged in fully
2. Check the 3.5mm sockets for fluff and dirt
3. Turn up the volume on your device
4. Turn off “aux mode power saving” on the Minirig using the Minirig APP
5. Try different aux cables
