Sound is distorted or unpleasant with 1 Minirig

You have connected to one Minirig only via Bluetooth but the sound coming out is distorted or unpleasant

  1. Check what you are playing on your device. The track, file or steaming media you are trying to play back may be of poor quality
  2. Check the audio quality with a known track from a reliable source such as Spotify
  3. Pause the audio for 5 seconds and press play again
  4. Turn the volume down
  5. Turn the Minirig off and on
  6. Try a different device or phone
  7. Turn the Minirig off and test it in AUX (wired) mode
  8. Reset your Minirig
