Sound cutting out

You have plugged an audio cable into the Minirig Subwoofer and connected the other end to your device but the sound is coming out of the Minirig Subwoofer is cutting in and out

1. At low volumes you must use the Minirig Subwoofer in low gain mode
2. Check the aux cables are plugged in fully
3. Check the 3.5mm sockets for fluff and dirt
4. Turn up the volume on your device
5. Try different aux cables
