LED does not flash

Please be aware that it can take up to an hour of charging before the LED lights up or starts to flash if the battery was completely flat.​

If it is still not charging please try the following steps:

1. The first port of call is to ensure you have pushed the charger cable firmly into the Minirig/Subwoofer and USB port.
2. Please try using a different USB port as the port you are using may be faulty.
3. Please try using a different charger cable, if your Minirig is now charging it is clear your original charger cable is damaged.
